Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped.

To cancel your order, please email us at dropshipdigitalaura@gmail.com with your order details.

If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may proceed with a return instead (see Section 2).
2. Returns

We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Non-returnable items include:

Personalized or custom-made goods

Sale or clearance items

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage for your records.
6. How to Return
To initiate a return:

Pack the item securely and ship it back as instructed.
